She joins the Coventry-based firm after achieving a BSc Econ in Politics at Cardiff University. A Derbyshire resident, she has moved to Leamington Spa since accepting the job.

Tom Bromwich, managing partner of Bromwich Hardy, said: “As well as having an open door for senior real estate professionals who want to join our team, we are also committed to growing our young talent.

“Harriet is the latest in a number of gifted young individuals we have recruited and are committed to supporting through their continuing real estate education - at the same time gaining valuable experience.”

Harriet Jackson said: “I chose Bromwich Hardy as I want to get into real estate as it is something I am passionate about.

“I will be starting a Masters at Reading University in February 2027, where I will be working towards being a Chartered Surveyor.”

She joins a Bromwich Hardy team that includes graduate surveyors Rob Lord and Harvey Wells, and apprentice surveyor Charlie Glover.

Will Dorrell, a student at The King’s School, Worcester and a member of Coventry Rugby U18 Academy, joined in September and is splitting his time between one day a week at university, two days training with Coventry RFC, and the rest of the week working for Bromwich Hardy as an apprentice surveyor.
