Sikh Scotsman’s culinary comedy heads to Warwick Arts Centre

COMEDY and curry are combined in a sell-out show that arrives at Warwick Arts Centre this month.

Celebrated broadcaster, raconteur, writer and cook Hardeep Singh Kohli will bring his array of funny anecodotes in his unique and articulate way to the venue on Friday January 27.

A bit like Ready Steady Cook with plenty of jokes along the way, The Nearly Naked Chef show debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe to sell-out audiences - and this one is an extended, two-course version.

Hardeep, a Glasgow-born man of Sikh heritage, often writes in the Guardian and the Scotland on Sunday and has published his own book, Indian Takeaway. A runner-up on the first series of Celebrity Masterchef, he enjoys sharing his culinary skills during each performance.

The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £16 (£14 concessions), plus a booking fee. Those who buy their tickets in advance can enjoy a ten per cent discount off ice creams and sorbets if they pre-order when booking.
