Marketing expert that powered Gary Neville and Stephen Bartlett’s success to speak in Warwickshire
A business leader who worked with entrepreneur Stephen Bartlett, leading his business Social Chain, and created Gary Neville’s Hit YouTube Channel 'The Overlap', will be speaking in Warwickshire next month.

Warwickshire business owners will have the opportunity to hear from one of the UK’s most recognised modern business leaders this March, as Katy Leeson joins GrowthCLUB as keynote speaker.
Former UK Managing Director of Social Chain and now CEO of Gary Neville’s media company Relentless Group, Katy played a key role in scaling Social Chain from a small Manchester start-up into a global agency, growing the team from around 30 employees to hundreds worldwide.
She later went on to lead Relentless Group, where she helped launch The Overlap, one of the UK’s most watched football shows on YouTube.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Katy is widely recognised for speaking openly about imposter syndrome and the realities of leadership under pressure. Her podcast, “I Shouldn’t Say This, But…”, has reached the Top 5 in the UK business charts.
The event, aimed at business owners and senior leaders in Warwickshire, will combine Katy’s keynote with a full-day structured business planning workshop designed to help attendees build a focused 90-day action plan.
Organisers say her visit highlights the growing strength and ambition of the local business community.
