A local primary school in South Warwickshire has secured a £3,000 donation from Persimmon Homes South Midlands team.

Meon Vale Primary School (part of the Tudor Grange Academies Trust) received the funding boost as part of the developer’s Community Champions initiative. The donation will be used to enrich the school experience for pupils and support events and other activities.

Caroline Alderson, Community Governor commented: “We are so grateful to Persimmon Homes and their kind donation of £3,000 via their Community Champions Fund. The support that Persimmon has given us will allow us to continue funding extra activities for our pupils which is going to make a big difference to many.”

Clare Bright, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said:“What we do is about much more than just building homes, it’s about leaving a lasting positive legacy in the communities that we build in. We’re always delighted to lend a hand to local community groups to boost their ongoing initiatives or contribute to causes that mean a lot to them.”

“We’re delighted to be able to offer this £3,000 donation to the school which we know is going to be put to good use.”
