Fourth person charged as part of murder investigation in Kenilworth
A 73-year-old woman from Kenilworth has been charged as part of a murder investigation.
Virginia Eales is the fourth person to be charged in relation to the alleged murder of 45-year-old Carl Stephens at a house in Chestnut Avenue, Kenilworth, just before midnight on March 20.
Eales has been charged with assisting an offender and her first appearance in court will be on October 2 at Warwickshire Magistrates Court.
Lewis Dowling, 24, of Yarnfield Road, Birmingham; Patricia Dowling, 49, of Chestnut Avenue, Kenilworth; and a 16-year-old boy from Kenilworth, who can’t be named for legal reasons, have been charged with murder.
