Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth all named as 'best places to live' in Warwickshire
Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth have all been named as some of the 'best places to live' in Warwickshire in a new guide.
Lifestyle website Muddy Stilettos has returned with its annual Top Places to Live series, with the launch of its 2027 ‘Top 260 Best Places to Live’, covering England, Scotland and Wales.
Last year, the team at the website considered factors such as schools, culture and shops to create a list of the top 10 places to live by region. Members of the public were then also able to cast votes.
This year there was no public vote, and all the locations were picked by Muddy’s Stilettoes’ editors “each living and bringing up their families in the regions with their expert knowledge of the local areas and best places to live”.
In the 2026 list, Warwick took the top spot with Leamington coming in second, Kenilworth sixth and Long Itchington in ninth.
For 2027, the top spot went to Shipston on Stour – with Leamington once again taking second place.
Kenilworth was ranked as number six and Warwick dropped to seventh place.
