UPDATE: Sinkhole appears in Leamington town centre
A small sinkhole seems to have opened up in Leamington town centre.
The hole is located in Clarendon Place, near the junction with Warwick Street.
In the last two minutes, the police have cordoned off the area as the hole seems to be getting bigger. Motorists are being advised to be careful when approaching the busy junction with Warwick Street.
While the hole is not big on the surface, it is fairly deep.
