Urban&Civic teamed up with Rugby Guide Dogs and Houlton Hounds to organise the ‘Howloween’ event at the Dollman Farm Community Gardens on 31st October.

Around 50 residents joined in, bringing their dogs in fancy dress for a community walk and best dressed dog competition, with owners making a donation to Rugby Guide Dogs to join in.

Elly Lazzari Hemus, Community Development Lead at Urban&Civic, said: “It was brilliant to see so many of Houlton’s four-legged friends join in our Howloween extravaganza in their fabulous costumes.

We were delighted to partner with Houlton Hounds and Rugby Guide Dogs for this pawsome event and help raise some money, as well as awarding some great prizes for our residents’ furry friends, and some wonderful photos for their owners to enjoy.”
