Manager Marc all set for Turtle Bay launch

A former catering and events manager at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford has been appointed manager of Turtle Bay, the new Caribbean restaurant opening in Regent Court, Leamington, next month. Marc Hyatt, from Leamington, has been bar manager at a London hotel, run bars for the NAAFI in Germany and managed five branches of Frankie and Bennys in the Cotswolds. His career began as manager of The Lounge on the Parade in Leamington, before leaving for London as bar manager at a Kensington hotel. Marc said: “Working for Turtle Bay will be very exciting. There will be seating for 120 people and fresh Caribbean food prepared on the premises daily. We will have about 50 members of staff , who will engage with our customers in a relaxed way.”
