People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, Danyl Johnson, said: “A huge congratulations to our Wellesbourne winners.

"I hope they enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to a late Christmas present.”

According to the People's Postcode Lottery, a minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players have helped raise more than £600 million to date for thousands of causes across Britain and internationally.

This draw was promoted by Woodland Trust which received more than £15.7 million in funding thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

The charity creates, protects and restores native woodland across the UK.
