ADA Digital has been based at Talisman Shopping Centre since late 2024, working with a range of businesses both in the town and further afield on their digital marketing.

The agency has grown its team to ten since moving into the unit above Joe Richards Greengrocer, and has won multiple awards in that time.

It has seen 12 new clients join in the last 12 months, resulting in a 56 per cent increase in year-on-year revenue.

Aiming to build on this success, ADA Digital has now expanded its range of services by branching out into social media advertising alongside a revamp of its website and updated branding to reflect its wider offering.

The agency has ambitions to build its team to 11 by the end of 2026 as demand for its marketing services continues to grow, and help clients appear in AI searches which are growing in popularity.

Tom Murrell, founder of ADA Digital, said: "We've grown very quickly since opening our office at Talisman, and employing more local talent has opened up a whole new side of the business for us across not just web development, PPC and SEO, but also Social and AEO.

"Our new website reflects that. It's not just about pay-per-click and search engine optimisation anymore. We can now offer clients a much fuller digital marketing service under one roof. There is a lot of expertise and experience between us that I’m really proud to see come together.

"Being based centrally in Kenilworth has made a real difference too. It means we can meet our local clients easily, while still working with businesses well beyond the town.

"The space at Talisman has also been a brilliant base for the team. It's a welcoming place to work, it has personality and that's helped us bring people in and grow the way we have.

"Getting to a team of eleven by the end of this year was an exciting target, and we're looking forward to continuing to grow from here."

Hugo Hawkings, owner of Discovery Properties, the developers of Talisman Shopping Centre, said: "It's great to see a company like ADA Digital doing so well.

"Tom and the team have built something really impressive since arriving at Talisman, and it's fantastic to see that growth reflected in their plans to expand the team further."
